Rodio Ice – Refund Policy

At Rodio Ice, every piece we create is custom-designed and handcrafted with precision, passion, and the finest materials. Due to the bespoke nature of our jewelry, we have specific guidelines around refunds and returns to ensure clarity and fairness.

Custom Orders

All custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once a design has been approved and production has begun, the order is final. This includes all personalized, engraved, and iced-out pieces made specifically for you.


Ready-to-Ship Items
  • Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rodioice.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review and resolve the matter promptly, including a potential replacement or store credit.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note, banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.


Exceptions

Rodio Ice reserves the right to deny any refund or return that does not meet our policy guidelines.
