Shipping Policy

Every Rodeo Ice&Co piece is carefully checked, packed and shipped with tracking, so it reaches you safely and on time. Here is exactly what to expect after you order.

In short: In-stock pieces ship within 1 to 3 business days with tracking. Custom and made-to-order pieces take 10 to 15 business days to make, then ship within 1 to 3 business days.

1. In-Stock Pieces

Pieces that are in stock are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of order confirmation. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

2. Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces

If a piece is not currently in stock, or is made to your chosen size, stone, metal or design, please allow 10 to 15 business days for production and quality checks. For these orders:

  • A 50% advance payment is required to begin production.
  • The remaining 50% is due once your piece is finished and ready to ship. We will notify you and send the final payment link.
  • After the final payment is received, your piece ships within 1 to 3 business days.

3. Carriers and Tracking

We ship with trusted, trackable courier services. Once your order is on its way, you will receive tracking details to follow its progress in real time.

4. Custom Pieces and Returns

Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. For in-stock items, please see our Returns & Exchange Policy.
