Welcome to Rodio Ice&Co. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rodeoice.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
The Site is operated by Rodio Ice&Co ("Rodio Ice&Co," "we," "us" or "our"). Our online store is hosted on Shopify. You can contact us at Info@rodeoice.com.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when placing orders or creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. We may refuse service, cancel orders or close accounts at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or misuse.
We sell moissanite jewelry and related products. We work hard to describe and photograph every piece accurately. However, colors, sparkle and size can look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting, and handmade pieces can vary slightly. Stone sizes may be shown as diamond-equivalent weight (DEW). Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone and is not diamond.
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel any order placed at that price and notify you. Payment is processed securely through our checkout and payment providers.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if there is an error in its description or price. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will let you know.
Custom Request and made-to-order pieces require a 50% advance payment to begin production, with the remaining 50% due once your piece is ready to ship. Production typically takes 10 to 15 business days. You are responsible for confirming all details of a custom order, including size, stone, metal and design. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of order confirmation, and tracking details are provided once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
We do not offer refunds. Eligible in-stock items may be exchanged within 15 days of delivery, and custom pieces are final sale. The customer pays return shipping for exchanges. See our Returns & Exchange Policy for full details.
All content on the Site, including text, images, designs, logos and graphics, belongs to Rodio Ice&Co or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rodio Ice&Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
