Method 1: Measure a Ring That Fits

1. Choose a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
2. Place it on a ruler and measure the inside diameter in millimeters, edge to edge, not including the metal.
3. Find the closest diameter in the chart below.

Method 2: Measure Your Finger

1. Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger.
2. Mark where the end overlaps. It should be snug but still slide over your knuckle.
3. Lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters. This is your circumference.
4. Find the closest circumference in the chart below.

Tips for the Perfect Fit

• Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are slightly larger, and avoid measuring when your hands are cold.
• Between sizes? Choose the larger size.
• Wide bands (6 mm and wider) fit more snugly, so consider going up half a size.
• Buying a surprise? Borrow a ring they already wear on the same finger and measure it, or ask a close friend or family member.
